Miami-Based Brokerage Expands To Orlando
Avanti Way Realty, a leading residential and commercial real estate brokerage powered by technology, has expanded to Orlando with the opening of its eighth office at 7726 Winegard Rd. Led by Enrique Teran, Andres Korda and Ines Hegedus-Garcia, the firm has already hired more than 50 new agents to serve the local market.
Ranked as the 3rd Fastest Growing Company in South Florida by the South Florida Business Journal, Miami-based Avanti Way Realty has closed more than $3.5 billion in transactions and grown to house over 1,200 agents since its founding in 2007. The firm’s expansion will anchor the brokerage’s ongoing work throughout Orlando and its submarkets, including serving as part of the sales team for Millenia Park, a new eight-building community under development by MIR Developments featuring 960 residential units and 25,000 GSF of retail space on West Oakridge Road. Following the success of its phase 1 sales program, Avanti Way Realty has launched phase two. Avanti Way Capital, the firm’s asset management affiliate, is also an investor in the project.

The Orlando office marks the first step in an aggressive strategic plan to enter 10 markets by the end of 2022 focusing on penetrating growth markets across Florida with strong fundamentals including highly populated, already-developed cities that may be saturated with investor activity to help drive demand for their agents.
