One Million-SF Industrial Project Planned For Groveland

Indianapolis-based Scannell Properties LLC seeks site plan approval from the city of Groveland for a 977,000-square-foot industrial building at State Road 19 and O’Brien Road.

The 80-acre property is owned by Cole Whitaker Realty-Lake County Associates, according to the Lake County Property Appraiser.

Berkadia‘s Cole Whitaker and Mary Beale are marketing the vacant property for $4 million, or $50,000 an acre, according to LoopNet. The property is under contract, per LoopNet.

The project’s name is Scannell Warehouse Facility.
