Scott Lloyd CCIM, RPA recently announced the launch of Lloyd Commercial Advisors, LLC, a full service real estate consulting and brokerage firm. Lloyd Commercial Advisors (LCA) offers a wide range of services, including brokerage of most commercial property types, project management, sales advisory and development related services, customizing platforms of services based on each client’s unique needs and executing all levels of the transaction through occupancy. Scott Lloyd is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a Real Property Administrator (RPA) and obtained a BBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of North Texas. He is or has been active in numerous community-based and professional organizations including the Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors (CFCAR), NAIOP, ULI, ICSC, BOMA, the American Association of Airport Executives and the Metro Orlando Economic Development Commission. Scott is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, a court-appointed receiver and a Past President, Central District of the Florida Chapter CCIM.

Carol Tanner CCIM, Senior Associate

Carol Tanner is a CCIM and a Senior Advisor with Lloyd Commercial Advisors, specializing in office and industrial properties for investment-oriented clients. Carol has over a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry including brokerage, leasing and property management. Carol is a member of the CCIM Institute and serves on the Board of Directors for the Florida Chapter CCIM  A native of Rhode Island, Carol is proud to call Central Florida and Orlando home.

Don Rudolph CCIM, Senior Associate

Don has over 13 years experience in the Central Florida Commercial Real Estate market with a primary focus on office and industrial sales and leasing. He has extensive knowledge on the Central Florida market and is currently focusing on the sale of investment properties. Don is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and holds a Real Estate Brokers license in Florida. He is also a former president of the Central Florida District of the Florida CCIM chapter. Don is a graduate of Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH and is a retired New Hampshire State Trooper.
