Spec Office Building To Break Ground In Orlando

Megastron Development LLC, a Brazilian developer, is targeting July 1 to break ground on Kirkman Pointe II, its second speculative office development at Kirkman Road and International Drive.

The estimated $20 million project is a four-story, Class A office building featuring 134,000 square feet of total space and a neighboring parking garage on Orlandos busy I-Drive.

Megastron built the first phase of Kirkman Point in 2011 also on spec, and later leased the top three floors to Walt Disney Parks & Resorts Technology.
