Office Built In Recession Now 98% Full

StaySky Vacations, a vacation booking company, took the remainder of office space at one of the few Orlando-office buildings constructed during the real estate downturn. StaySky took about 13,000 square feet at Kirkman Point Office Park. Todd Davis, of Colliers International Central Florida, oversees leasing for landlord Megastron Development LLC. Based in Coral Gables, Megastron stated it was finalizing plans for Kirkman Point II, with construction commencing “following the execution of a new 35,000-square-foot lease,” a statement read.   Source:  Orlando Sentinel    ]]>
