Dr. Phillips Charities President and CEO Ken Robinson revealed that one entire floor—about 10,000 square feet—will be set aside for nonprofit organizations, offered at below-market rents to foster innovation and impact.
The Annual HALLMARK Awards event, presented by the Central Florida Real Estate Association (CFCREA) in association with the Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors® (CFCAR). This year’s event included both unique insights into Orlando’s historic Packing District and a generous donation to 4Roots non-profit farming initiative, also located in Packing District.
The food hall at 2105 N. Orange Blossom Trail opened to the public last Friday with nine of the 11 vendor spots serving everything from chicken shawarma, to Picanha steak, to Oreo-cheesecake brownies, to some of Orlando’s best Neapolitan-style pizza.
