WastePro Inks 15,000 SF Renewal & Expansion
Damien Madsen, Principal of Taylor & Mathis Orlando, has closed a 15,000 square foot lease with WastePro to nearly double the size of their headquarter offices at The Springs in Longwood. The transaction encompasses nearly the entire 2nd and 3rd floors of the building with WastePro renewing their lease for the building’s third floor and expanding to take nearly the entire second floor as well. ]]>
