Damien Madsen, Principal of Taylor & Mathis Orlando, and Darryl Hoffman recently completed close to 9,000 square feet of leases. The deals include:

• A new lease totaling 4,914 square feet at Tower I Primera for stand up MRI Firm in Lake Mary
• A lease for nearly 4,000 square feet for Neumors at the Point 100 Building in Maitland.
