Atlantic Commercial Group Completes Sale Of 220,000 SF Retail Plaza In Ocala

Gary Broidis, Principal of Delray Beach-based Atlantic Commercial Group, Inc., recently completed the $14,250,000 sale of the Six Gun Plaza, located in Ocala.

The plaza, anchored by Bealls Department Store, Ross Dress for Less, Shoe Show and Dollar General contains approximately 222,000 square feet of retail space including outparcels occupied by Outback Steakhouse and Sprint.

The property is located on E. Silver Springs Blvd. and serves the community of Ocala and many tenants have been operating at this property for more than 10 years.

The property had been owned by its prior entity for more than 30 years and this transaction represents the first of numerous properties being sold under similar circumstances. Broidis has been working with the principals for more than 25 years and is handling the portfolio sale of more than 700,000 square feet of retail properties in Florida.
