C&W Adds 2 To Central Florida Team

Todd Barfield and Melissa Moore have joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Central Florida operations. Mr. Barfield and Ms. Moore join the firm from Barfield & Associates and will be operating out of Ocala. Mr. Barfield will serve as Senior Director for both Cushman & Wakefield’s brokerage and Valuation & Advisory groups. He was Managing Director at Barfield & Associates, where he oversaw more than $35 million in real estate acquisitions and sales and participated in more than 70,000 valuations. Mr. Barfield earned Bachelor of Science Degrees in both Finance as well as Risk Management and Insurance from Florida State University. He is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute, has earned his CCIM designation, and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Ms. Moore is a state- and FHA-approved appraiser with extensive experience evaluating single family residential, condominiums, real estate owned (REO) assets, manufactured housing, and undeveloped land. She will be handling residential appraisal reviews for Cushman & Wakefield’s Appraisal Management Group. These hires mark a further expansion of Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory capabilities in the state of Florida. Recently, the firm announced that it would be opening an eighth Florida office in Stuart, staffed by seven new Valuation & Advisory employees.
