Beyond Commercial Represents Disaster Relief Organization In 10,000-SF Orlando Warehouse Lease
Rafael Mendez of Beyond Commercial, a commercial real estate firm headquartered in Maitland, represented Regency Construction of Palm Beach County Corporation d/b/a Regency DRT in a multi-year lease of an 10,000 square feet industrial warehouse located at 4201 SW 34th St in Orlando. The landlord, Icon FL Orlando Industrial Owner Pool 5 GA/FL, LLC c/o Link Industrial Properties, was represented by Derek Riggleman, SIOR, Vice President, and Tim McFadden, SIOR of Lee & Associates. Founded in 1991, Regency DRT specializes in providing disaster clean-up services throughout the United States. Regency DRT provides an array of services to homeowners, property managers, federal agencies, and other facilities with full restoration service including water damage, content damage, mold damage, and other defects. The new location will allow Regency DRT’s personnel to expand their services while being close to highways and gaining access to public transportation.
“When I first began working with Regency DRT it was more than just finding them a new location in Central Florida,” said Mendez. “Due to the unpredictable nature of 2020, we all have had to shift and adjust on the fly how we do business, so gaining insight and understanding of Regency DRT’s needs and method of operations became important for me to ascertain. I based my analysis on finding areas that would best position them to better serve their clients while improving efficiency and reducing liability for their team and staff.”
