NAI Realvest Broker Completes Multiple Industrial Leases Totaling More Than 65,000 SF

Tom R. Kelley, CCIM, Principal at NAI Realvest, announced the successful completion of four industrial real estate transactions across Central Florida.

Eckart, LLC leased 56,288 square feet of industrial space in Suite 105 at 3503 St. Johns Parkway in Sanford. Eckart is a leading wholesale distributor of electrical supplies, lighting, HVAC systems, plumbing products, and professional tools. Mr. Kelley represented Eckart as the Tenant and was assisted by Steve Farrar of Newburger-Andes Real Estate Investments. Tim Perry of Lee & Associates represented the Landlord, BGO Sanford Logistics Owner, LLC.

JPRG Aviation, Inc. D/B/A Orlando Flight School renewed its lease for 3,311 square feet in Units C & D at 615 Herndon Avenue in Orlando and expanded into Units A & B, bringing their total leased space to 6,111 square feet. Orlando Flight School is a Central Florida-based aviation training center dedicated to helping students achieve their aviation goals. Mr. Kelley represented the Landlord, TLC Herndon, LLC.

Precision Media, Inc. leased 2,500 square feet in Unit 1016 at 224 West Central Parkway in Altamonte Springs. Precision Media helps businesses grow through hyper-targeted advertising and results-driven marketing strategies. Mr. Kelley represented the Landlord, Sanlando Commerce Center, LLC, while Grace Coughlin of Coughlin Commercial represented the Tenant.
