Beyond Commercial’s Sandi Harrison Closes 10,500 SF Industrial Lease Deal In 14 Days

Sandi Harrison of Beyond Commercial, a commercial real estate firm headquartered in Maitland, represented Michael and Melissa Harrison, owners of Unlimited Stone Designs, LLC, in a multi-year lease of a 10,560-square-foot warehouse located at 26 Kent Ave. in Orlando.

Unlimited Stone Designs, LLC reached out to Beyond Commercial after months of searching for a property to lease. Their previous lease was terminating and they needed to move their granite business within 14 days.

“When the Harrisons came to Beyond Commercial, they were really in a bind. Having such a short amount of time to find a new property, they faced having to close shop until a new location was found. I worked around the clock and was able to sign and close on a new property for them in those 14 days,” said Sandi Harrison.

The Landlord was represented by Pat Goetz, V.P. of Bishop Beal Duncan Commercial Brokerage, who assisted in expediting the closing process.
