BJ’s Wholesale Coming To Casselberry

BJ’s Wholesale Club recently signed a 103,111-square-foot anchor lease in the Casselberry Exchange at State Road 436 and Highway 17-92 in Casselberry from Agre Casselberry Owner LLC.

“It was very exciting to have secured and be able to combine the Staples and Bed, Bath & Beyond spaces,” said LandQwest Managing Principal Julia Sosa. “This will bring so many new jobs to the Central Florida community come the second quarter of next year.”

Sosa represented the tenant alongside LandQwest’s Tyler Roberts, Tom Heer, and Eva Royal. The firm exclusively represents BJ’s Wholesale Club in their site selection efforts in Orlando, Tampa Bay, and Southwest Florida.
