Basis will be expanding the park with an additional 7,500 square feet of warehouse space, which will bring the total square footage to 193,000 square feet. The park currently has over 125 tenants and over 150 bays.

Dalfen acquired 73.66 acres of land in Auburndale, Florida with a plan to build 2 Class A industrial facilities totaling 896,400 square feet.
Jason Gandy and John Nida led the transactions for Sealy & Co. on an internal basis. Frank Fallon of CBRE represented the undisclosed seller in the off-market transaction.
The acquisitions total 193,000 square feet.
This is EML Realty Partner’s sixth acquisition in 2022, totaling $35 million in acquisitions this year.
The company will self-manage the property and two additional industrial properties it is acquiring this fall in Central Florida and on the Space Coast.
EML Realty Partners owns two other PODS warehouse facilities in Port St. Lucie and Melbourne with institutional equity partner and private REIT Arctrust, totaling five PODS warehouse buildings on the east coast of Florida with a combined square footage of over 200,000 square feet of industrial space.
