CBRE Arranges Sale Of Two Orlando Area Surgery Centers
CBRE facilitated the sale of the United Digestive Surgery Center Portfolio, a 29,582-square-foot portfolio consisting of two ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), to BGO.
The sale price was not disclosed.
Currency Circle Surgery Center is located at 835 Currency Circle in Lake Mary.
Wellness Avenue Surgery Center is located at 2863 Wellness Avenue in Orange City.
Both are less than 30 minutes from downtown Orlando.
