Cushman & Wakefield Adds Office Leasing Team In Orlando

Cushman & Wakefield has added a three-member, market-leading office services team to its Orlando office. Senior Director Todd Davis, CCIM, SIOR, Senior Director Robert Kellogg, CCIM, and Director Colin Morrison will focus on serving owners, tenants and investors throughout Central Florida’s office sector. Specializing primarily in landlord representation, the team will work closely with Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets and Asset Services professionals to provide a full-service client approach. Davis, Kellogg and Morrison have worked as team for more than four years and bring 40 years of combined experience in the Orlando office market. The three brokers join Cushman & Wakefield from Colliers International, where they consistently ranked as a top-producing team and established themselves as leaders in the market. All three team members built their commercial real estate careers in Orlando, allowing them to develop a strong reputation and extensive network. In 2018 alone, they completed over 60 lease transactions within Central Florida office market.

“Todd, Robert and Colin bring unparalleled resources and expertise, which, combined with our existing talent and strengths, will give a significant boost to our market share,” said Wanda Riley, Orlando Managing Principal for Cushman & Wakefield. “We pride ourselves in having the top talent in the industry, and we could not be more pleased to welcome this top-producing team.”

Davis, Kellogg and Morrison have worked with such notable landlords and owners as Parkway Properties, Cousins Properties, Owens Realty, Healthcare Realty Trust and SugarOak, and have served as the exclusive leasing advisors for some of Orlando’s most preeminent office assets.

“Joining Cushman & Wakefield gives us the opportunity to work alongside the top Capital Markets and Property Management teams in the marketplace, which will help us provide an elevated level of service to clients in the Orlando office market,” said Davis.

Added Kellogg, “There’s no denying the advantage of Cushman & Wakefield’s global platform. In making this transition, we look forward to strengthening our current relationships and creating new opportunities with future clients.”
