Equity One Pays $13 Million For Windermere Retail Space

Tavistock Development Co., affiliated with the owners of Isleworth and Lake Nona, sold its ground-floor retail space at The Grove commercial center in Windermere to shopping-center developer Equity One Inc. New York-based Equity One bought the property for $13 million from Tavistock, which owns and manages 35,000 square feet of professional and medical office space on the upper levels of the project at 4744 S. Apopka-Vineland Road. Tenants include Burger Fi, CaVa Chic Boutique, Chase, Dexter’s, Gianni Vincent  Jewelers, GNC, Jeremiah’s, Marilyn Monroe Spa, Mimi’s Boutique, Relax in Comfort, Salt Scene and Walgreens.   Source:  Orlando Sentinel
