KKR Picks Up 400,000 SF Logistics Center In Off-Market Deal

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the acquisition of OCP Logistics Center, a 403,704-square-foot distribution center located in Orlando. The final sale price was $51.6 million, or roughly $127 per square foot.

Mike Davis, Rick Brugge, Rick Colon, and Dominic Montazemi of Cushman & Wakefield, with support from Zach Eicholtz and Brooke Tulley, arranged the transaction on behalf of the buyer, New York-based KKR.

Lincoln Property Company sold the property in an off-market deal.

“OCP Logistics Center represents the best of what modern industrial construction in an in-fill location has to offer and is well positioned for future success,” Brugge said.

Located at 2001 West Oak Ridge Road, the two-building property is proximate to the Florida Turnpike and Interstate 4 interchange and the Florida Turnpike and Beachline Expressway interchange. OCP Logistics Center features 32’ to 36’ clear heights, ESFR sprinklers, cross dock and front load, ample car parking and trailer parking.
