Land Advisors Organization Represents Seller In 100-Acre Central Florida Land Sale

Land Advisors Organization‘s Orlando team, Mike Ripley and Steve Flanagan recently represented the seller, Orchid Quay, LLC, in the sale of 100 acres of land to buyer American Land Development of Central Florida, LLC for $5,700,000. The land is located in Vero Beach in the southeast quadrant of US Highway 1 and County Road 510. The property, with frontage on the Indian River Lagoon, has entitlements for up to 499 residential units and had been partially developed prior to the 2008 economic downturn.
