Midtown Capital Partners Acquires Orlando Industrial Park For $56.1 Million
Midtown Capital Partners has purchased Cypress Park, a five-building industrial complex in Orlando, for $56.1 million.
The 256,838-square-foot property is located along Satellite Boulevard on approximately 23.4 acres. Its location near the interchange of Florida’s Turnpike and U.S. Route 441 provides access to Orlando International Airport and the broader Central Florida transportation network.
Herbert Management Corp. sold the property. JLL Capital Markets represented the seller through a team that included Luis Castillo, Cody Brais, Taylor Osborne, David Orta Jr. and Mia Gian.
Cypress Park was 99 percent occupied at the time of the transaction. Its 26 tenants represent a broad mix of industries, including manufacturing, technology, construction, building materials, food and beverage, retail distribution, financial services and third-party logistics.
Individual spaces at the complex range from approximately 1,000 to 34,000 square feet, allowing the property to accommodate both small businesses and larger industrial users.
The buildings offer clear heights ranging from 20 to 22 feet, along with 45 dock-high loading doors and 18 drive-in or grade-level doors. Truck courts extend to depths of up to 100 feet.
