Recent Lease Deals Bring New McCoy Field Logistics Center To 100% Occupied

McCoy Field Logistics Center, a new industrial development by Brookfield Properties at 88 W Taft Vineland Rd. in Orlando is now fully leased.

Local construction company NEFCO signed a lease for 83,082 square feet of space in Building 100, while Evolution Electric Vehicles will occupy Building 200 (±142,560 square feet), plus 71,210 square feet of space in Building 100.

JLL Managing Director Joe Hills and Managing Director Josh Lipoff represented the landlord, Brookfield Properties, in the lease negotiations. NEFCO was represented by Monica Wonus of CBRE and Lee Morris of Colliers worked on behalf of EEV.

 “Fully leasing out a project like McCoy Field Logistics Center located in the heart of Central Florida’s Distribution Hub not only marks a significant milestone for the continued velocity in this vibrant submarket but also paves the way for a prosperous future as more industrial development is on the horizon within Orange County,” said Lipoff.
