JLL Secures Lease for Orlando Magic’s Corporate Office in Downtown Orlando

JLL has secured a sublease for the National Basketball Association’s (NBA) Orlando Magic to bring its home offices from the RDV Sportsplex in Maitland to the CNL Center II building in downtown Orlando.

This move will house the team’s corporate and executive staff until the new Orlando Sports & Entertainment District (SED), a mixed-use development with technology offerings including state-of-the-art security, utilities and transportation, is completed. The Magic will initially take over a full floor at the CNL Center II, with the option to expand into a total of 36,727 square feet of office space on two floors within the building.

Nick Poole, Joe Hills, Darryl Hoffman and Justin Greider of JLL represented the Orlando Magic in the lease negotiations. APC Workforce Solutions, LLC., the sub-landlord, was represented by Kevin Hammond and Jeff Sweeney of Cushman & Wakefield.
