Two Orlando High-Rise Office Buildings Change Hands

An entity related to Georgia-based Piedmont Office Realty Trust bought CNL Plaza I and II from CNL Plaza LLC, along with the parking garages associated with the office towers. Piedmont-CNL Towers Orlando Owner LLC purchased the buildings as part of a $167.8 million deal. CNL Plaza I, located at 450 S. Orange Ave., totals 332,000 square feet. CNL Plaza II, located at 420 S. Orange Ave., totals 271,000 square feet. Piedmont’s related entity bought the downtown Orlando properties from CNL Plaza LLC, which is part of CNL Financial Group Inc.   Source:  OBJ
