Cushman & Wakefield Arranges $54.6M Sale Of Newly Delivered Logistics Center

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $54,600,000 million sale of Osceola Logistics Center, a property with two newly delivered distribution facilities totaling 280,800 square feet in Kissimmee.

Mike Davis, Rick Colon, Rick Brugge, Dominic Montazemi, Jared Bonshire, and David Perez of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller in the transaction. The property was sold by InLight Real Estate Partners and Black Salmon, who developed the project in 2024 and were represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Jared Bonshire and David Perez in the lease up during construction. The property was acquired by Principal Asset ManagementSM.

“Investor demand for this high-quality, single tenant, triple net lease asset was high, with multiple bidders competing to acquire the asset,” said Mike Davis, Executive Vice Chair at Cushman & Wakefield.

Osceola Logistics Center was fully leased at the time of sale by a supply chain services company in the grocery and food service space. The property includes Building 200 and 100 which total 147,420 and 133,380 square feet and are located at 5010 and 5030 Industrial Lane, respectively.

Together, the facilities offer freezer space as well as candy storage and conditioned space along with a state-of-the-art design that includes 32-foot clear heights, 86 high dock doors, and 48 off-dock trailer positions. They are also strategically positioned in Osceola County, just south of US 17, in a high growth location near Florida’s major thoroughfares with access to the Orlando and Kissimmee airports.

“This transaction further validates our overall investment thesis: acquire and develop high quality buildings in the best industrial submarkets across Florida and the greater southeast. We appreciate all parties involved that made this project a success,” added Trevor Berecz, Vice President at InLight Real Estate Partners.
