HALLMARK Awards Returns To Downtown Orlando To Recognize Area’s Highest Commercial Producing Brokers And Honor Developer Craig Ustler

Top CRE pros and business leaders are celebrating innovation, achievement, and excellence at the 2023 Annual HALLMARK AWARDS, which honors the region’s commercial real estate highest producing brokers and brings the award ceremony back to downtown Orlando.

“We will be awarding the Strickland Lifetime Achievement for 2023 to Craig Ustler, CCIM, President of the Ustler Group of Companies and we couldn’t be prouder,” explained Carol Tanner, CCIM 2023 HALLMARK Awards Committee Chair. “We are also excited to introduce a new event format and venue this year — The HALLMARK AWARDS event will take place from 5 to 7 pm. on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, at The Monroe in downtown’s Creative Village.”

The Annual HALLMARK Awards event is presented by the Central Florida Real Estate Association (CFCREA) in association with the Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors® (CFCAR). Tanner stresses that this years’ event is sure to offer some unique insights into Orlando’s Creative Village, which is a public/private partnership between the City of Orlando and a master development entity led by Craig Ustler, CCIM.

Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer will participate in the celebration. Additionally, attendees can enjoy the new Luminary Nights on the Green, a unique 2.3-acre park for residents, workers, and students of Creative Village, Parramore and downtown Orlando. The new light show turns the iconic ORLANDO sign into a canvas that comes alive with projected animations and lighting to music, all while showcasing the unique and authentic features of Orlando, like nature, innovation, thrills, and hospitality.

“As always, the HALLMARK Awards event will honor the top commercial real estate producers for 2022 in the Greater Central Florida market by recognizing extraordinary production and industry leadership in Alachua, Brevard, Flagler, Lake, Marion, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Sumter, and Volusia Counties. In addition to recognizing top producers in numerous categories and across the different counties, special awards will also be announced for Community Service and Deal of the Year,” Tanner continued.

This year, the HALLMARK Award Sponsorships and Award Submissions processes have been simplified.  Applications for both can be submitted via the website at CFCAR.net/2023-Hallmark-Awards.

Dan Lyonnaise, CCIM, 2023 CFCAR President, invites business leaders to join top brokers to the event.

“We look forward to seeing you in June at The Monroe restaurant in downtown’s Creative Village to celebrate HALLMARK!”
