Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale Of 214-Room Hotel In Orlando For $12.75 Million

Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Quality Inn & Suites Turkey Lake in Orlando.

The three-story, 214-room, exterior corridor hotel sold for $12,750,000.

The property is situated in a prime location next to ICON Park and approximately 2 miles from Universal Studios, the Orange County Convention Center, Universal CityWalk Orlando, SeaWorld and numerous other world-class attractions.

“The new buyers are leveraging the location to rebrand and reposition the asset. They will make significant improvements and bring the Hotel back to pre-pandemic levels,” said Ahmed Kabani, of the Kabani Hotel Group in Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office.

Kabani, Luis Garino and Suraj Dalal exclusively represented the seller, Friendship Hospitality LLC, and the buyer, Aramar Investments, LLC.

Quality Inn & suites Turkey Lake is located at 9350 Turkey Lake Rd in Orlando, directly off Interstate-4 (I-4). Built in 1990, the property has undergone recent renovations, including an extended breakfast area, hardwood floors, parking lot resurfacing, and premium furnishings. On-site amenities include an outdoor pool with poolside bar.
