Marcus & Millichap Brokers $11.3 Million Sale Of Mixed-Use Retail, Office Property In Central Florida

Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Legends Pointe, a two-building mixed-use retail and medical office property in Clermont for $11.3 million.

“We received strong interest in this asset from the start,” said Yassin Benkabbou, associate. “A group from South America came in with the strongest terms among multiple offers, highlighting capital migration to Central Florida and Marcus & Millichap’s ability to source international investment.”

Benkabbou and Salim Valiani, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Orlando office, represented the seller in the transaction, a local limited liability company.

Located at 4290-4300 S Hwy 27, Legends Pointe consists of 47,418 square feet across two buildings on a 4.31-acre lot. The property was recently renovated and is positioned along Highway 27, which sees 36,000 vehicles daily, offering high visibility. It features 18 office suites and 10 retail units.
