198-Room Orlando-Area Hospitality Property Changes Hands

Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of  the Comfort Inn Maingate, 198-room hospitality property located one mile from Walt Disney World’s Epcot theme park in Kissimmee.  

“The property is a stable asset with historically strong revenue in a location that is popular with tourists,” says Ahmed Kabani, vice president investments and a senior director of Marcus & Millichap’s National Hospitality Group in Miami.

Kabani represented the seller, and procured the buyer, SLB Hotel Group LLC. This is SLB’s first hospitality venture within the Orlando MSA. Built in 1983, the all interior-corridor hotel is located with direct frontage on U.S. Route 192 at 7675 W. Irlo Bronson Highway in Kissimmee. Recently renovated, the base of the hotel has approximately 6,000 square feet of retail space that is currently leased by Lighthouse Lobster Feast.
